Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Realatrends CRM (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Realatrends CRM is a customer-relationship-management platform for real-estate professionals. It provides contact and deal management, lead intake, email and SMS communication tools, calendar synchronization, campaign automation, and AI-assisted drafting features.

Access is granted on approval. We may accept or decline registration requests at our discretion.

3. Your account

You sign in with a Microsoft or Google account you control. You are responsible for safeguarding that account and for all activity that occurs under your Realatrends workspace.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

4. Your data

You retain all rights to the contacts, deals, messages, and other content you store in the Service (“Your Data”). We access Your Data only to operate and improve the Service, and as described in the Privacy Policy.

Each workspace is isolated: your data is never visible to other users of the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law (including CAN-SPAM and the TCPA for SMS), to store or transmit unlawful content, to attempt to access another user's workspace, or to interfere with the operation of the Service.

You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to contact the people whose information you store in the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms you connect, such as Microsoft 365, Google, Twilio, and lead-source portals. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. AI features

AI-generated summaries and drafts are suggestions. Review them before sending — you are responsible for the content of every message you send through the Service.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your workspace. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Upon termination we will, on request, provide an export of Your Data within a reasonable period before deletion.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realatrends disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
